Q2:I can open the door with any finger. What's the situation?
A2:Our lock's ordinary status is can be unlock with any fingerprint, if you can unlock the door with any finger after setting fingerprints, that means you do not program a fingerprint successfully, you need to watch the video.

Handle Button Tips
please note that the small button is the password setting button
- Normally Open Button(Large): Press the button to turn on the normally open mode.
- Set Button(Small): Press and hold with the small screw provided, the fingerprint lock can be restored to the factory settings.
