  Compatibility & Requirements

   

  • Door Thickens - 30mm minimum required
  • Single Door Setup - Compatible
  • Double Door - Compatible but Need towerbolt
  • Wi-Fi Models need 2.4G hotspot in router
  • Lock needs to be fitted in such a way that the camera is at the height to your chest level. Make sure door is in ready condition mounted on its place without door on it's place we can't align lock with frame.

  Download the Wishome to control the smart lock

  Add administrator information

  In the initialization state To wake up the screen press "*#"

  Voice prompt "Please add administrator information' When add successfully, voice prompt "add administrator successfully" (can continuously add 9times)

  APP Setting Wi-Fi Configure

  Select Add Module

  Add the smart lock in the Wishome APP,only support 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi,not support 5Ghz Wi-Fi.The screen of the door lock will display the QR code, open the APP in the mobile phone, you can use the APP to scan the QR code to connect Wi-Fi.
