We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Note: If your country of residence is outside India, shipping times for returns may vary.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

To get a different item quickly:

  1. Request a return for the item you have.

  2. Once approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.


REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
